Express courier services is a taxi service for envelopes, parcels and pallets requiring guaranteed delivery times. We are able to transport most items however valuables such as coins, notes artwork and glass are not covered in our transit insurance. For a full disclosure of what we can and cannot carry please read over our terms and conditions.

We have all three express courier services available between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday, While on weekends and Public Holidays only our VIP and Super Express Services are available for booking.

While we encourage cash sales to the general public there are numerous benefits in setting up an account. Account holders enjoy considerable discounts, priority service, web access to their job database and frequent promotions.

This service is a guaranteed, 3 hour express courier service Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm no exceptions. Pick up and Delivery within 3 hours of booking. Exact collection or delivery times cannot be stipulated, our VIP and Super Express services cater for these particular requirements. Prices below are GST & Fuel Levy Exclusive however any waiting time or loading/unloading time is an additional cost after the first 10 minutes. For this reason it is suggested fork lifts are organized on both ends (where required) to eliminate extra charges and that all goods are ready to ship before booking. Waiting time is charged at $4 per 5 minute block. Customers must agree to either a futile charge or waiting time charges in the event of waiting time.

This service is available for collection and destination, both within 40km radius of Parramatta NSW. Payment via either credit card or account. Service is available for loads up to 500kg weight or volume only. Loads in excess of this limit can be transported utilizing our Taxi Truck rates.

WAITING TIME

Our Express Services (OM, STD, VIP and SX) include a maximum 10 minutes loading /unloading time. Extra time is charged up to 80 cents per minute thereafter. Economy Services (eg. E31 and E401) include no waiting time. It is suggested customers ensure their consignment is ready at reception or despatch and that arrangements are made at the destination to collect/unload all goods. Before extra time is incurred we will endeavour to contact customers to inform them of extra charges.
