Our Express Services (OM, STD, VIP and SX) include a maximum 10 minutes loading /unloading time. Extra time is charged up to 80 cents per minute thereafter. Economy Services (eg. E31 and E401) include no waiting time. It is suggested customers ensure their consignment is ready at reception or despatch and that arrangements are made at the destination to collect/unload all goods. Before extra time is incurred we will endeavour to contact customers to inform them of extra charges.

We are unable to transport unpackaged household goods, glass, cash, artwork or dangerous goods without prior approval. By the action of placing a booking with our call centre or online, customers acknowledge they have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions available to the left of this page.
